Aging room
The curing plant serves to maintain temperature and relative humidity control within the values set by the customer. Air distribution in the room can be achieved by means of circular fabric ducts, sheet metal ducts and distribution cones or static systems. The air flow rate and temperatures on the hot/cold exchangers vary depending on the set points and the desired weight loss.
Our software makes it possible to compare the temperature and humidity conditions of the outside air with those required by the environment to be controlled in order to optimise seasonal consumption.
Another factor to be taken into account is energy consumption, which must be contained by state-of-the-art technology in order not to incur costs that burden the company’s budget.
